i think rio fernandez does sound very much like the footballer rio ferdinand which your child will probably get a lot if you are living in england....but if you are definitely sure of sticking with the name rio i would keep the middle name quite simple or if not having a middle name at all is an option for you then i wouldn't....rio fernandez is quite an unusual name and by adding a middle name i think maybe it would sound more complicated but totally up to you.

Rio Ferdinand Fernandez!

Rio Carmine Fernandez
Rio DeMonte Fernandez
Rio Emanuele Fernandez
Rio Joaquin Fernendez
Rio Jaxon Fernandez
(thought i'd throw a little something different on the end)
:)
GOOD LUCK

hi
my 2 year old is called rio, no foreign or football connections just loved the name and have never come across any other "rio's" either.
to be honest i dont think there are any names that particularly go with it, but i have three boys and they both have 2 middles names each ad they are family names.
rio is rio alexander Joe. Alexander is a family name my brother and my nephew have it as middle names as it was my grandfathers name and joe was after my dads uncle who died 6 weeks before rio was born.
maybe your fathers name or your partners name as middle names,

How about Emmanuel . It is difficult to find a name that is easy to say and I kept reading his name as Rio Ferdenand who is an english footballer .Oh dear on a football theme I have just seen his initals spell REF.
