A friend of mine is having a baby girl. She likes the name Brenda. What do you think of that name?

She wants Brenda Samantha. I think Brenda is a little old fashioned though. I don't know any Brenda's.

I dont like the name Brenda. As you said it is too old fashioned. And i dont like the way Samantha flows with it either. They both end in a sounds and it just doesnt sound right.

I understand that Brenda is a bit old old fashioned but it's still a very elegant and pretty name. I do not think that Brenda Samantha flows well at all - unless it sounds right with the last name.

Brenda sounds a little old fashioned and dull. Is she likes the name so much she can use it as a middle name Samantha Brenda maybe or she can use names that somewhat sounds like Brenda such as Brittany or Brandi

I HATE the name Brenda. It's my name and I hate it!!!! It's hard to picture a little baby with that name. I kind of like Samantha though.

Brenda is an old fashioned name. I have an aunt with that name. I can't say that I'm really very fond of the name, though. It doesn't have that feminine sound.
