Nicole is too common for a middle name and Lee is too plain for a fancy name like Madison. If you want to use Lee, than go with LeeAnne.

Here are more suggestions:

Madison Grace

Madison Yvette

Madison Celeste

Madison Claire

Madison Lauren

Madison LeeAnne

Madison Olivia

Madison Charlotte

I think Madison Nicole is really pretty. But is Madison Lee is a family name that would be great too...Maddie Lee sounds somewhat nicer than Maddie Nicole...but I love them both! Good Luck!

Madison Nicole and Madison Lee are both pretty. If you have a real long last name, then I would go with Lee, to make the whole name a little shorter, but if you have a short last name, go with Nicole. Pretty choices!

Madison Alexandria

Madison Elizabeth

Madison Nicole is a good name too

Madison Lee isn't a bad name, but sometimes it's better to give a kid a name without using a family name. Let her be orginal and creative

Madison Alexandria is the best for me lol

I think either Nicole or Lee sounds good. But I would go with Lee sence it is a family name. But maybe spell it differently like Lea or Leigh. My cousin named her daughter Madison Dawn and I know another little girl named Madison Donna.

Maddie Lee...I think that is sweet! I think you #1 should go w/ what YOU like...I am having a baby in April and I am naming him Braedyn Carter, I know the spelling is weird but I like it no one else does, but hey it's not their child either! I think Madison LEE is a beautiful name the others are nice, too! I think when she grows up she'll like LEE better b/c it has meaning to it! I wish you the best of luck and God Bless!

Madison is a very common name with no real meaning. If you want to call her Maddie you could name her Madeleine or Matilda.

But middle names that sound good with it are:

Leigh

Reanna/Rhianna/Rhiannon

Caitlin or any spelling thereof

Desiree

Belle

I like Lee, it is cute and it means something since it is a family name. Why don't you just name her Maddie, if that is what you are going to call her?

You should have a one syllable middle name because her first name has 3 syllables - it sounds better in my opinion
