I wouldn't use Chad Rhys Collins. I love both names but since both are 1 syllable it sounds short and choppy.

Chad Nathan Collins or Chad Ian Collins I think sound the best. They flow the nicest. Out of those two though Chad Ian Collins is my fav.

I like Chad Elijah. Something that may help is , you know when you were a kid and you got in trouble and your mom would yell at you using your first and middle name. Try practicing that. It lets you see what sounds better together.
