Reminds me of the gorgeous Olivia Newton John in Grease.

Stranded at the drive-in

Branded a fool

What will they say Monday at school?

Sandy can't you see I'm in misery

We made a start now were apart

There's nothing left for me

Love has flown all alone

I sit and wonder why-yi-yi-yi

Why, you left me oh Sandy

Oh Sandy baby someday when high-yi school is done

Somehow, someway, our two worlds will be one

In heaven, forever and ever we will be

Oh please say you'll stay oh Sandy

Sandy my darling you hurt me real bad

You know it's true but baby you gotta believe me

When I say I'm helpless without you

Love has flown all alone

I sit, I wonder why-yi-yi-yi

Why, you left me oh Sandy

Sandy, Sandy, why-yi-yi-yi-yi

Oh Sandy

Sandy sounds sweet but as a nickname, not a real name. It won't sound professional when your daughter gets older. I would suggest Sandra or Cassandra as a full name, but in all of them, the "an" sound rubs against the "an" sound in "Ann". What about:

Sophia Ann(e)

Sylvia Ann(e)

Sally Ann(e)

Summer Ann(e)

or

Sandra Rose

Sandra June

Sandra May

Cassandra Claire

Cassandra Paige

Cassandra Camille

Cassandra Marie

Sandy reminds me of spongebob. It is a better pet name not a person name. Ann is good but I like it spelled Anne.

Well Sandy is a nickname for the name Sandra..so it should be Sandra Ann!! And I'm not a fan...it's too old fashioned.

I don't like it very much, sorry :/

Maybe you could use Sandra? Or Cassandra? Those are both pretty names. Sandy could be a nickname, but then she would also have more options to go by as she gets older.

i personally like the name, but if your naming a kid she'll probably either be associated with either sandy cheeks from spongebob or kids will make fun of her for being "sandy". it is cute though. but its your opinion.
