Valentina Amore Valentina Love Valentina Hope Valentina Esperanza Valentina Coeur Valentina Joy Valentina Joyce Valentina Bella Valentina Rose You could also go with Valerie as a first name.
I wouldn't name my child something like Valentino or Valentina because it just doesn't sound right. A lot of it depends on what the last name is. Some things just don't sound right together. Someone that i'm very close too had her baby on valentine's day and she named her Katherine Grace. I would stick with something that you like that is not gonna get your child made fun of when they are in school. kids are very mean these days!!

Since were looking at Valentines Day I would think something like
Destiny Love for a girl and William Saint for a boy.

For a girl born on Valentine's Day, what about Valentine or Valerie and call her Val. A boy is a little bit more difficult but what about Vince you still have the "V" thing going on I also like Victor. If you're having twins and you're REALLY brave you could name them Victoria and Victor-then you can call them Vic and Vic (now, that I'm really just kidding)

Except for Valentino, Vladimir, and Valerie, the rest are all names of various gods/goddesses of love, fertility, and marriage. Thought that might be symbolic of your big day!
