Not too keen on the name Lark for a girl.. it sounds quite harsh. Dalilah onthe other hand is beautifull.

Depends on where you come from really! If for example you come from an indian background then thats a rather cute name and people would understand why his name is slightly different due to his nationailty background.
However i would strong disagree making this a name if your english (White) as that name i rekon may get changed at school and people may laugh say oii larkky boy!!!!!!!! or something ( i dunno) but this still this can happen if your from a foreign background (this happens to a mate of mine called dipesh all the time)
But personally still wherever you come from i would advice you to find another name because this lark kid you may have, may get annoyed with it and wish he was called something different like i wanna be called jack and i hate my name because people laughh at it at school
But its up to you, i think its rather cute calling him bird and kids like birds but when hes in his tennage years he may get embarrsed to be called a bird. I certaintly would
Hope i helped

I like Lark, it's different and unusual, baby won't have the same name as others! Hey that's a good thing!

First off, Not only does it mean bird, but it IS a bird.
Second off, it's Delilah, not Dalilah.
Third, if you're going to name your child "Lark", then you might as well name your next one "Swallow."

no lark does't "mean" bird, it "is" a bird. Terrible name. Dalilah is cute.

I like it.
It is definitely different, but being different is always a good thing. Also, You don't need other peoples opinions on if it's a great name. Being a parent, you have the ability to name a child whatever you would like. I think the name is beautiful, beyond it at that.

I think a baby should have a name it would like grown up,not this one. Delilah was a bad woman in the Bible.
Try again.
