I'm writing a Percy Jackson fanfiction and I made up a character who's the daughter of Zeus and Aphrodite. So far I named her Diana, but I'm not sure if that fits... I haven't really described what she looks like yet, but she's genuine and kind of nice, and she has sparkly green eyes.

Well, no. "Zeus" and "Aphrodite" are both Greek names and Greek legends, and "Diana" is a Roman goddess. You're mixing mythologies.

Pretty much any Greek name will do; just Google "Greek baby girl".

The Greek word for green is Khloros. There's also a gemstone called Spinel that's named for the Greek translation of "spark"; the stone supposedly is a curative (medicinal when worn).

FYI, I don't know if it matters to you, but Zeus is supposedly Aphrodite's father. Aphrodite had three daughters, Peithos ("Persuasion"), Harmonia ("Harmony") and Rhodos (a goddess of the sea; Rhode Island in the U.S. is named after her). Different sources will tell you different things, but that family tree is pretty well known.

Diana as in Artemis as in Cynthia is the daughter of Zeus and Leto - NOT Aphrodite. She's not nice, she's a mean bit**, protects pregnant animals and women, and hunts down men that do not respect them. Oh yeah, Diana is the Roman name for Artemis, not Greek.

Diana's really pretty but I'd try something a bit more exotic as most Greek names are. Maybe Elliana or Nevaeh. Try going to a baby names website and look at unique names. Hope this helps :)

How about Amnesia. It sounds Greek and godly. And at the end of your story she could lose her memory and the love of her life because she disobeyed her father or something. Hence thats where the medical term comes from.

We make a good team, we should do this professionally.
