Hi all! My husband and I are expecting a baby boy in the fall, our first! We are giving him a family name and he will be the fifth generation with this name (Sr., Jr., III, IV, and V). So my question is what is a good nickname for a "fifth"?

we kinda need to know what the name is...
but just call him by his name? i dont like the Jr, V, etc
or a nickname for the name, but not for the fact that he is the "fifth"
