Question:
What are some nice girl's names starting with 'e'?

For some reason, I'm usually at a loss when it comes to girl's names that start with the letter 'e'. My name is Emily, and I think starting a name with 'e' makes it more feminine. I'm not pregnant, but I love dreaming up names. If someone could make a list, or a link to their own list (that they made) on babynames.com, that would be fantastic. Spelling variations (Such as Emily/Emilee/Emilie/Emmaleigh) are accepted, I do like to see some differences. Thanks in advance!

Evelyn is great b/c it's Elegant and when shortened to Eve it's cute.

Ella, Emma, Emily, Eponine, Edaline, Eileen, Elise, Elisa, Elisabeth, Elaine, Eleanor, Elledadora, Eleora, Elita, Ellen, Elsa, Elsie, Emberlynn, Emmeline, Emmy, Enola, Erin, Eris, Erica, Estella, Euridice (Yur-Ih-dis-y), Evangeline, Evette, Evana,

Just know that when naming your kids that names like "Destiny" or spellings like "Rian" and "Kaytee" are looked down upon. They've actually done research on it (I saw this bit on Tyra and realized that it's very true to me) that girls named things like "Kaytee" and "Ashlee" are usually judged poorly by their peers.

well i am biased... my name is Eleshia. its spelt different, but u wont be able to pronounce it if i spell it right. noone has ever spelled it right but people do comment all the time on how nice it is.

Others are:

Estelle (I find this very pretty too)

Estella

Elle (love it)

Erica (its not extremely feminine but i think it has character)

Erin (i also think this one has character)

Eliza (I wouldnt choose this one but its no so bad)

There are a lot more but these are just some of my faves. Lol im the same as you, i love thinking of names :D

I think latin names in particular are very pretty and feminine, but im prejudiced since my name is Julia.

My favorite "E" name for a girl is Emberlyn... And I suppose Emerson or Emery could be used for a girl but I prefer them for boys.
