they work, the way you have michael spelled looks a little femine to me tho, but the name in general has a nice ring to it!

Dylan Thomas flows very well but as someone mentioned he was a famous Welsh poet: http://www.poets.org/poet.php/prmPID/150
which could be rough come high school. Thomas Dylan sounds just as nice and Tommy is cute for a baby. Caleb is a great name but sounds choppy with Mikell. I like Caleb Elijah. Good luck!

I love Dylan Thomas, but I really love the name Caleb too! Maybe Caleb Dylan, or some combination of the names.

I like the name Caleb but I don't like it with the combo, Caleb Mikell.
I think Dylan Thomas is really nice - it's the same name as a famous Welsh poet =)
