Does anybody know the meaning of name "aniksha"?

Thank you so much for your answers.

Is this an "ethnic" name? I'm not really into that. I watched a report on Dateline NBC where two identical resumes were sent to companies (the only difference were the names). I don't think it's any surprise that the person with the more common/generic name was called more often than the person with the ethnic name. People do not want to be bother by a complicated or contrived name. I especially hate when people try to be all creative by spelling heaven backwards to make up a child's name. This kid will have to live with it up until they are at least 18 and then they can legally change it.

The number one complaint of women is that men don’t listen. When a woman is talking, listen to what she is saying. Read here http://AttractAnyWoman.emuy.info/?A0wv

Don’t watch her mouth and wonder what it would feel like to kiss her. Don’t stare at her chest and imagine what she looks like naked. Really listen to what she is saying then give an intelligent response, preferably on the same subject.
