Love it so much more than Reese or Rees. Cute name and looks very cool with the traditional spelling. Most people know it by now so I don't think pronouciation would be a problem.

I love it, and the proper Welsh spelling is adorable, too! I was actually wanting to use Rhys/Reese, but I couldn't find a middle name I liked. It is a great name, and very masculine. (:

Hope I could help

&& best of luck! ♥

P.S. I found a middle name I liked! Rhys Arthur ♥ It's my grandfather's name.

I love the name when using the "Reese" pronunciation.

I also, love the spelling.

Unfortunately, most people apart from those in the Wales, will call him Rice.

Therefore, if you like the name for the sound, I would say call him Reese.

BUT, if the spelling is rather important, keep it. You just have to be open to explaining to people how to pronounce, which in the long run really is no big deal.

Best of luck :)

I liek the sound of the name but I don't like the spellings of it.

Rhys - Looks weird

Reese - Want a Reese's Pieces?

Makes me think of Welsh actor John Rhys-Davies (Sallah from Indiana Jones films "Raiders of the Lost Ark" and "The Last Crusade", Gimli the dwarf from the trilogy "The Lord of the Rings"). Go for it!

I think it's cute :)

For me, personally, it's just been branded a little bit to trendy. I might consider it backed up with something very traditional and classic as a second name or middle name.

Love it.I like how you used Rhys instead of the more dumbed down spellings.

I see that you have posted your question in the UK section. That is fine. Rhys will work more easily in the UK than it will in the US where Welsh spellings are seen as being more difficult.
