Riley Jane is my favourite. Its different without being weird. Claire Elizabeth is nice too though it sounds more traditional. I'm not keen on Sierra Indy, although Sierra Claire or Sierra Jane could work.

Claire Elizabeth by miles. It's classic and won't become dated. Riley and Sierra, on the other hand, are very trendy and will become dated in a few years.

Riley Jane flows REALLY well, but Jane is bit of a filler name. How about Riley Teagan.
Other wise i like Sierra Indy or you could use Sierra Indiana!

Riley Jane is cute and simple. It reminds me of the 1800s west.(my favorite)
Claire Elizabeth is more fancy. The Claire part is cute for a little girl, while the Elizabeth is more elegant. (2nd favorite, just a little too fancy for me.)
Sierra Indy... the Sierra part reminds me of meat and I really don't know why, and the Indy part reminds me of race car driving. (don't reall like it)
